Overview

A full redesign of the marketing site and logged-in dashboard for a B2B financial platform. The goal was to clarify the value proposition, reduce friction in the signup flow, and create a dashboard that made trial users want to convert.

Challenge

The existing site was feature-heavy and didn’t speak clearly to the ideal customer. Demo signups were steady but conversion from visitor to trial was low, and trial-to-paid was suffering because the product felt overwhelming at first login.

We rebuilt the landing experience around a single hero message and three clear outcomes, then simplified the dashboard onboarding with progressive disclosure—surfacing only what users needed at each step. We added social proof, comparison tables, and a streamlined demo-request flow with calendar integration.
